I am using drv8432 evm to drive stepper motor. I am using drv8432 to interface lm3s811 evm kit with stepper motor. I m not clear with the drv8432evm, so would somebody guide me for the problem that i stated below...?
I need to rotate a single stepper motor. The datasheet say i need to supply vs a max of 52.5v. The stepper motor i am using is required for small load(say 0.5kg).so how much vs should i supply?
Moreover i programmed lm3s811 in such a way to generated 2 pwm signals with duty cycle 25 and 75% respectively. But there are about 4 pwm input pins provided in motor driver evm.(pwm a,b,c and d). Do i need to provide 4 signals to the evm, is that must? Because i need to rotate only one stepper motor to 180deg(semi circle )on the whole and a step instants for 30 deg during every rotation. so should i used all the 4 outputs? And also suggest the stepper motor specification ( 1A or 2A). In case, if am using an 1A motor with driver, how much should i supply for vs?
