TLV27L1: normal operation with input CMV = -0.2V for temperature range -20deg.C to +85deg.C

Hello,

I am looking to design in the op-amp TLV27L1 in my application where the input common mode voltage = -0.2V.

TLV27L1 datasheet does state recommended minimum input common mode voltage to be -0.2V.

However, the TLV27L1 datasheet appears to guarantee normal operating characteristics when minimum input common mode voltage is at 0V over the entire operating temperature range.  My operating temperature range is -20deg.C to + 85deg.C.

Is my understanding correct?  If yes, is there another micro power opamp (with Vdd up to 15V) that guarantees normal operation with input common mode voltage at -0.2V over the entire operating temperature range?
