PCA9306: 1.8V - 1.8V transformation
CC2650: CC2650 launchpad as thread packet sniffer.
Part Number:CC2650
Hi gents,
Hoping to get some help with the above. I've done the following:
1) Installed wireshark 2.6.1
2) Installed Packet Sniffer 2, copied the dlls to wireshark plugins folder manually and adjusted the shortcut with the pipe adder
3) installed npcap as the loopback adaptor and set it as 192.168.1.2
4) Uploaded the sniffer firmware via flash programmer 2
5) started Packet Sniffer 2, adjusted the radio channel
6) Started wireshark, checked settings for thread masterkey, coap and 802.15.4 protocols
Wireshark picks up the pipe and starts logging but all I get is IPv4 udp traffic from 192.168.1.3 to itself.
If I change Sniffer pipe config to IEEE 802.15.4 I get slightly better results (see packets from an RLOC16 to another) but they don't seem to be recognised and broken up as thread/coap transmissions.
Have followed what settings I can find in the Packet Sniffer section here
Would anyone be able to shed some light on what I might possibly have missed? I'm happy so supply any more details/information... TIA
CCS/CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL: CC3220 Trigger Mode Application
Part Number:CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL
Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Dear sir.
I am new to CC3200sf and just build a example code called trigger_mode, and download it into cc3200sf Launchpad, from serial window shown message in below.
My question how to connect to trigger_mode , provide tcp server port 21, 22, 23 445 all of fail , said "Refuse connection"
I noticed 192.168.1.1 is a default gateway.
So just want to know what I should do next thing to tale a look this example.

Part Number:LP87332A-Q1
Dear,
LP87332D-Q1 and LP873220-Q1. all the output voltage was normal and we follow power on sequence.
But we fine the EN_TPS51200 (LP873220_GPO2) and SW_3V3 (LP87332D_GPO), PORz
(LP87332D_GPO2), (LP873220_GPO), and also PGOOD was the same 0V.
what`s happen the GPIO? it`s look like setting mode selections?
If any suggestion, Please advise me.
Thanks,
Best regards,
Lawrence.

Hi all,
I have a general question:
Does TI have white paper or any tool which can show the performance of C674x DSPs by means of GMACS, GFLOPS and power dissipation?
Does Ti have a link (OR equation) between DSP performance main parameters : GFLOPS and GMACS?
Many thanks,
Shlomi

CC1350: TI 15.4 Stack Config Request
Part Number:CC1350
Hi
I wanted to know the exact purpose of the config request and response. For the first time, it is OK to sync up the sensor node to the collector. Since the network information is already stored in the NV, what is the purpose of getting it again and again when the sensor node gets new power cycle? Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
Also, can we remove the config request for the second time after joining?
If yes, What are the dependencies?
Thanks

CCS/PGA970: PGA970 with XDS110 results in error -1006
Part Number:PGA970
Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Hi,
I'm experimenting with the PGA970 and using a XDS110 (MSP432 Launchpad) as SWD debugger.
I configured everything as described in the user guide (except I do not have a XDS200-probe). The target configuration confirms with a click on "Test Connection" that it is working an gives me the content of the IDCODE register.
When I now try to start a debug session I get the following error:
Error initializing emulator:
(Error -1006 @ 0x0)
Internal error: Unable to allocate memory. Restart the application. If error persists, please report the error.
(Emulation package 8.0.27.9)
I tried: restarting, different Computers, CCSv7, CCSv8, debug session with and without project ... same result every time.
Is this some issue with CCS or with the XDS110.
Cheers
Markus

MSP432P401R: Layout guide and example for the BGA package
Part Number:MSP432P401R
Champs,
For some reason, one of our key customer has to use BGA package (MSP432P401RIZXH).
Because the ball pitch is small to them, do we have any layout design guideline or example for them?
For example, it's hard for them to use VIA in pins.
Do you have any suggestion?

TMS320F28377S: Peripheral Interrupt Expander
Part Number:TMS320F28377S
Hi,
I would like to know more about this peripheral interrupt expansion block of Delfino.
The data sheet states that there are only 5 external interrupts that can be provided to the controller
What if I need to program more interrupts depending on the peripheral devices that are connected to the controller for example USB?
What is the use of this PIE Block?
Thanks in advance!

CC3220S-LAUNCHXL: Radio Tool and swru471.pdf
Part Number:CC3220S-LAUNCHXL
Hello,
I'm trying to use radio tool (CC3120_CC3220_RadioTool_1.0.2) for CC3220S launch pad. Looking to http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru471/swru471.pdf,
"If using the CC3220 device, the Radio Tool application must be flashed in addition to the ServicePack. The precompiled application binary is in the CC3220BoardApplication Binary folder"
-> Unfortunatly there is no CC3220BoardApplication Binary folder
-> Only a Binaries folder with CC3220S_device_radiotool.sli
Is there a more recent User's guide ?
Just for test, I've flashed CC3220S_device_radiotool.sli and sp_3.8.0.3_2.0.0.0_2.2.0.6.bin using uniflash.
Firmware or application isn't the right one.
Best regards

TM4C1231H6PZ: PWM initialization with prescalar
Part Number:TM4C1231H6PZ
I am trying to implement the same sequence of steps with different parameter values except I did not invert. The output is doing nothing. I can monitor the registers and TIMER_TAR is changing as expected. Is it possible that the sequence of other unrelated functions is causing a problem? Where do I set the Alternate Output Enable MUX? I did notice that when I ran the previous thread user's steps, it did not set TIMER_CFG to 0x4 as described in section 11.4.5 of the TM4C1231H6PZ data sheet. Why does that not make any difference? I am not using the ROM_ functions. Why would that make a difference?
I don't know what I did, but now it works. Thanks.
CCS/TMS320F28377D: CPU2 CANA occasional missed message
Part Number:TMS320F28377D
Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Hello,
I have a similar problem as the "CPU2 CANA occasional missed message" topic.
I am trying to flash an external memory via SPI and the data to Flash are sent on CAN with INCA (calibration, flashing software). The flashing needs about 86000 frames (about 8500 TX and the rest received on the C2000). I use the Can B on the core 1 of my TMS. I noticed that from time to time, the TMS doesn't repond on CAN after a block written in the SPI flash (case appears about 1/10000) I couldn't find a relation between this SPI flashing and the TX Can... I added a Can spy on the bus and I saw the frame is never sent on Can.
Also, I saw on the RX part that I miss about 1 frames out of 50000. (This part looks like a lot like the former topic). The missing frame is well send on the Can bus.
- I checked the Can settings, everythings seems fine
- There is no increasing of the errrors counters of can B.
- There is no error of status in the interruption function, or no wrong message object called.
- I measured the speed on the CAN bus with a scope, and I have a rate of 1Mbit/s as in my settings
I could make other tests like remove the IT and be in polling instead but I don't think it will help much.
Any ideas would be really helpfull.
Regards,
Clément
TPS82150: TPS82150SILT

We have round about 50% failures after testing. -> 20pcs.
We are not sure the refolw Prozess could be the problem. Max 360Degree?
After soldering, we do Test it with small load like 10k Resistor on 3.3V Output.
Some are only on 2V others have no output... Are the components critical to processing?

I received many warnings stating that the shift count was too big. I realized that the data size of the int was only 16 bit and the code I was using assumed a 32 bit integer was being utilized. I went ahead and modified the code however this error appeared. Is there any way around this?
