DMA driver to device

Hello,

Using RDK, there is OSA driver to DMA. Can it also be used to ethernet/PCIe device ?
There is streamer demo in RDK which send RTP over udp using ethernet , but does it use DMA to ethernet ? Can we use instead in such streamer DMA to PCIe ?
