LM53603: Internal Parameters for Electrical Simulation

My customer is very interested in the LM53603. They would like to simulate the device behavior by the simulation tool of the PLECS. Thus here are some questions.

1. What's the VF value on the body diode of low side MOSFET at 55degree or 125degree Junction Temp?

2. What's the dead time between the high side and low side MOSFET?

3. What're the parameters of the Eon and Eoff? It's for the switching losses simulation.

P = (E_on + E_off) * f_s

4. Is the LM53603 coming with the souring and sinking behavior? or just Souring?
