AWR1642: How to use the WRITE TO FLASH command without uinflash tool?

I try to develop the flashing tool for MP, and the reference document is swra551-page13. <Programming Serial Data Flash Over UART>

my question is how to calculate the checksum per package from "the wrtie to flash command"? (in swra551-page15)
