TMS320F28035 microcontroller feedback reg

Hi,

We are planning to use TMS320F28035 microcontroller for one of our critical applications and are looking for data related to

1) Suitability of the controller for critical applications

2) MTBF (mean time between failure) data

3) Is redundant controller recommended for crtical applications

4) Any known issues/ problems in using this controller for critical applications
