TMS320DM8165: Can DM8165 encode 2 1080p60 streams with H264 encoder simultaneously in real time?

Dear,

 DM8165 have 2 hdvicps, and as we konw each hdvicp can encode 1 1080p60 stream with H264 encoder in real time.
 Currently we want to input 2 1080p60 streams, and encode both with H264 encoder simultaneously (in real time).

 1) Can DM8165 meet the requirements? 
 2) The DDR bandwidth meet the requirements? 
 3) Or any othe component doesn't meet the requirements?
