TMS570LS1227: Enquiry : USB Programming Tool

Good afternoon,

Over the past few months I have been writing some code and testing it on a TMS570 Launchpad.

Next week some of our custom PCBs will turn up, with a TMS570LS1227 and a JTAG header, but no USB to JTAG emulator.

I would like to know what programming & debugging tools are available for Hercules microcontrollers, that can interface directly with my laptop through USB and with the uC through JTAG.

Would this do the job?
