DEI OMX Component issue

Hi,

I am trying to Encode two h264 streams, with the single capture.

for this i have created and connected the Omx componet in the following manner

              YUV 420                             YUV 422                                    YUV422

Capture------> DEI (Primary)-----------------> DEI (Secondary) ------------> (Display)

                                  |  Yuv 420                                   | YUV 420

                                  \|/                                                 \|/

                         Encoder (1)                               Encoder (2)

while trying to set the I/P Port parameter of the DEI (secondary)

I am getting this error ( unrecoverable error: OMX_ErrorInsufficientResources (0x80001000) )

any Idea ?
