Enabling CIR driver for UART2 for DM81xx

Hi,
I am trying to make the CIR driver work on UART2 for DM8107 for DVR. I am using DM810x DVR RDK release 3.00.01.26, using the http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/DM81xx_AM38xx_CIR_Driver_User_Guide I am enabling the CIR driver. Form the guide I could understand the driver is working for UART1_RXD. In my hardware the IR reciver is conneted to UART2_RXD, can any body suggest me the steps for changing the CIR driver for UART2
