We are trying to use the Instaspin library on a custom board that is almost a carbon copy of the F28035 control card and the DRV8312 schematics. We are programming through the XDS USB100v2 JTAG emulator but the provided GUI (V104) cannot find the DSP. The GUI (V104) likely cannot find the DSP because the controlcard it is based off of uses XDS USB1000v1.
When using the newer InstaSPIN™-MOTION Software it is able to find the DSP but attempts to program it using the F2806x .out it has hidden somewhere inaccessible to me.
Is there a way to run the Instaspin GUI with the custom board? Do we need to get a XDS USB100v1? Is there a way to get the newer motion software suite to work with the f28035 piccolo DSP?
Any help would be appreciated.
