Dear all,
I have try LM9061 samples and it is working for overload switch off but it is not fast enougth for output short circuit.
I have put 1,5nF as delay and it is to long for protect the mosfet. Less will be to short for capacitive load.
Do you have any solution or other circuit who will make a current regulation for a few time before to switchoff the mosfet definitly?
