EVM solutions for a 900MHz ISM band + DSP I/Q modulation

Hi,

I am quite new to the forum and didn't know where else to post this question. I am trying to look for an evaluation board that has an RF Transceiver Module which takes in an I/Q input and outputs 900MHz RF to an antenna along with a corresponding DSP connected to this RF Module. Is there anything available that would be able to suit my needs?
