CC2538 Balun Design

The CC2538 describes the "Optium Load Impedance" as 66+j64. My first thought is to take the complex conjugate to get the output impedance of the CC2538 (66-j64) to design a balun; however,  is 66-j64 not really the parallel equivalent of the output impedance of CC2538? If so, the output impedance is really 32-j33. I've reviewed the CC2538 reference design and AN068 before asking this question. I'm really trying to understand how the parameter is specified. By use of the word "Impedance" (rather than admittance) one would assume it's 66 ohms in series with -j64 but the term "Load" might imply to some that it's 66ohms in parallel with -j64. Can you help clear this up for me?
