Qeustion about RemoteTI Power Consumption

Hi,everyone

     I have read  the Application Note AN076 about  RemoteTI Power Consumption written by stig Torud.I have  some questions.

In the note,there is a way to calculate the life of a battery,I think it may be wrong.Below is the way from the note.

But I think not all bttery capacity is used.Because the supply-voltage range of  cc2530 is (2 V–3.6 V).So when the voltage of battery is below 2V.The chip does not work any more.Transmitting and receiving stop.But I think  now the battery can still supply current.Maybe 2000mAh is left.

My idea is right?Please tell me.Thanks in advance.
