Dear all,
We are using the same DDR3 part numbers on both your Rev2.0 and Rev1.0 boards.
In our third customized board Both the DSP(C6678) processors are REV-2.0. I can't able to access the 3rd DDR3 chip in DSP2. But I can able to access the 64-bit in DSP1 to DDR3.
The Micron Chip we are using for DDR3 is MT41J128M16-125.
I have compared the schematic of DSP1 to DDR3 and DSP2 to DDR3 . Both are exactly same.
We are facing the same problem in our all 3 Customized board.
The DSP1 to DDR3 Routing length | The DSP2 to DDR3 Routing length
DQS : 1745 | DQS : 1545
DQS# : 1746 | DQS# : 1548
CK : 5195 | CK : 5156
CK# : 5199 | CK# : 5159
I have also attached the Routing length, DDR-PHY Calculation sheet, DDR-REGISTER Calculation along with this mail.
Can any one suggest why i can't able to access the 3rd DDR3 chip, but I can able to access the 1st,2nd and 4th chip?
Whether the problem can due to improper configuration of DDR3 Registers?
Whether this can be a software issue or an hardware issue?
