sin wave freq divider

Hi

I am not sure I post it in the right forum but if not please tell me whree to publish it and I will move it.

I have ~10KHz sin wave amp 2V that I want to convert into 10Hz sin wave on load of 10ohm.

does Ti have some kind of freq divider for sin wave?
