Beginner Problem : DSK libraries

Dear All,

I am happy to join TI E2E Community forum and to write you for the first time.

I am working on a TMS6713 DSP module under CCSV5.0. I use a Win 7 OS. In order to start I need your help on the two followings:

   1. An easy step-by-step homework/exercise that can help me learn working with the DSP hardware. For example, a sine generation function or similar one would be nice.
 
   2. Could you please let me know where I can download these libraries? What are they for exactly?
        + rts6700.lib
        + csl6713.lib
        + dsk6713bsl.lib

   3. Do the above libraries include typical header (.h) ? (for example dsplab.h) Where should I (if I) define the path for the headers?
