VOLTAGE TO CURRENT CONVERTER

I guess this is a rather easy question for you, but unfortunately I do not know the answer.

I want to convert voltage (0v-1v)  to Current ( 4 -20 mA) using the XTR117.

help me out with the schmetic ...
