I've realized the circuit which is described in evaluation module document of tps5410 which is slvu185.pdf and the circuit is in Figure20.TPS5410EVM-203Schematic the 5V output version. I have realized the circuit with the exact components. There is no problem with that circuit mainly. The output is connected to another LDO and that is connected to an mcu. It works fine normally but if a cell phone rings near tps5410, the output is affected and the mcu gets resetted. In order to solve this problem i have increased the output capacitance of the tps5410 from 2x47uF ceramic type to 2x470uF aluminum type. That solved the problem at first. but when i connected a new IC(RS-485 IC) the problems began. The TPS5410 can't get started most of the time, so I reduced 2x470uF to 1x470uF. Now it starts most of the time but still sometimes it can't get started. Also if i supply the input voltage to TPS5410 from a switching power-supply the problem is seen more than a linear supply. What am i doing wrong and what should i do to get optimum result. Thanks.
