TSW1200 VHDL Code

Hello,

I've seen numerous posts about obtaining the VHDL/Verilog code for the TSW1200 but it seems to be supplied on a request basis.  I am using  the TSW1200 with an ADS5463.  Can I get the VHDL or Verilog code?  Also, I am going to write C# code for interfacing with the TSW1200.  Do you have any app notes on configuring the TSW1200 from the serial port?  I saw that Matlab code is provided but I didn't get any Matlab code with my eval board.  For now I do not need to handle multiple ADC's, just the ADS5463.
