cc2540: Sending value from pc to Dongle using UART.

Hi!

I would like to send a value from the pc to the dongle, through UART.

Is it possible to program the Dongle so that a callback event is set, whenever there is a value, from the pc, written to it?

Note: I have the dongle connected with the computer through RS232.
