I am interested in using BQ51013B in my project.
There is an exposed thermal pad under this chip for heat dissippation.
Due to the space constrain on PCB board, can I connect the thermal pad to ground ?
so that I can save space and also strenghten the grounding and improve heat dissipation as well.
The datasheet didn't mentioned that the thermal pad can be connected to ground.
