Linux/EVMK2H: EVMK2H Unable to mount root fs (NFS)

Tool/software: Linux

I'm going to do a boot by TFTP and NFS, but I fail in NFS.
The server side environment is Ubuntu12.04.5 (32 bits and IP address =192.168.0.210).
Because it has been confirmed that a NFS mount to a server is ordinarily made of other hosts.
I'm thinking there is cause failed in NFS in setting of Uboot.
Further, TFTP is Okey.
