CCS/TIDA-00961: Can not open gui composer and app center on ccs9.1

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I want to design a project base on tida-00961.

Q1. I need to install Gui Composer.But I can not connect to App Center. 

       I try to reinstall CCS, but still can not connect to App Center.

       I have look for solution from this forum. Still not work.

Q2. I download gui compser from ti and install. But it can not associated with CCS.

       How can I use the powersuite in CCS9.1?
