LMK00301: Input and output circuit questions

My customer using LMK00301, below questions need your help:

1. If LVPECL level crystal is used and AC coupling to the input of LMK00301, then how to set the outside bias circuit?

2. if the output is connected to the device with CML level, how to design the circuit between the output of the clk and the device connected?
