BQ27421-G1: Termination Voltage

Hello 

I am using a couple of BQ27421 and BQ51050 to charge a battery. I would like be able to prevent the discharge of my battery.

I need the volatge doesn't do Under 3.2V. So I put 3200 in Termination voltage. I was thinking this parameter is able to stop the supply for my circuit (exept for the couple of BQ chip).

But this is not working ?

Am I on the good way ? What I want to do is possible ?
