LMX2582: Phase shift of LMX2582

Hi!

I want to try  two LMX2582's for clocking two ADC's on different boards TSW40RF80EVM. So need to have synchroniс signal for ADC's. But if I have phase shift beetwin two signals on LMX2582's enters, for example 2 degrees, what shift of phases on its outputs can I get? Is it depending on total multiplication of LMX? (for example enter = 70 MHz, output = 700MHz). Is it right that phase shift will increase  in ten times till 20 degrees?

For LMK04828 is the same question, but with decrease frequency:(for example input frequency = 300 MHz,  output freq after the first VCO = 70 МHz).
