link token & join token, automatic change?

This is from the smpl_link example that comes with the cc2510 dev kit.

As shown in the following picture, the link token and join token are set at the smpl_nwk_dat file as 12341234 and 56785678 respectively.

But the packet sniffer shows totally different link token and join token, see the picture below.

Were both the link token and join token changed at the runtime?  Why is that?
