OMAPL138B-EP: OMAPL138EZWTA3 L1\ L2 Cache speed

Hi,

We are using OMAPL138EZWTA3 OMAP processor in our design. I couldn't find L1 \ L2 Cache memory speed neither in datasheet nor in Manual. Please advise what is the L1 \ L2 Cache speed of this OMAP processor and what is the maximum external memory speed will be supported by the OMAP processor. Thanks in Advance.
