I wanted to know what debug probe in need to purchase to program and troubleshoot the CC2640 wilreless mcu. I see that the CC2640 lists the XDS100v2 as a compatible development tool but I also saw that only the XDS100v3 probe will work with CC2640 even though it is not listed on the CC2640 Tool & Sotware site.
