XCLKOUT and BOOT_3 conflict in concerto

Hello,

I want to use concerto in a PCB design. However, I noted a conflict on pin 82 of  F28M35H52C. This pin can be configured as Clock out and also boot mode selection. Since I want to configure to boot from UART, therefore I have to set this pin to ground (logical 0). On the other hand, in Hardware Design Guidelines for TMS320F28xx and TMS320F28xxx DSCs it is mentioned that "This is an output pin of the CMOS device and should not be terminated to ground even if it is not used".

It seems there is a conflict, in one hand I should connect it to ground due to boot mode selection, on the other hand I should not connect it to ground due to CMOS output constraint.

I will appreciate if you help me to get out from this conflict.

Thanks in advance.
