ADS1246 SYNC problem

Hi!

I would like synchronize the convertions on two ADS1246. Apart from using the START input pin the datasheet states that there is the possibility of using the SYNC spi command for the same purpose. The spi communications states that there must be only one master and one slave active at the same time so how can I issue the command to both converters?
