UCC27524: does a -0.4V 1us pulse on OUTA pin have damage risk for UCC27524?

Hi 

UCC27524 is used to drive boost pfc mosfet.

but when AC line is aserted, the inrush current will charge bulk capacitor, although the system has inrush current limit circuit, the inrush current still cause the high negative pulse on power ground.

from waveform, a -1V 15us negative voltage pulse on OUTA can be observed.

then, i ask customer to add a clamp diode as below D6, the upper diode connects with VCC, the lower diode connects with GND. so the negative pulse is clamped to -0.4V 1us. as below figure. 

now, customer want to know: does a -0.4V 1us pulse on OUTA pin have damage risk for UCC27524?
