define ports

hi 

i need  define bits on port 2 and 3. When i have only one ports, its easy, i write fo example #define LED BIT1 ; and have led on P1.1 . I need put some data on port 2.2 , how i define somethink like this ? #define data xxxx ?

I try few days bring to live AD9850 bud its cant alive :D I have MSP430F2132
