Hello, just wondering if anyone as come across this before, all my outputs seem to be glitching together (green UART, Pink & Purp Debug IO lines).
I ruled out this being a glitch picked up by the scope on all channel and am sure it is down to the uC because the first image show it happening during my sampling routine and having the effect of prolonging the sampling (suggesting the uC is doing something in the extra time).
I have looked into timer overflows etc and have ruled out the obvious.
