CCS/TDA2: EMIF Register definitions in CCS

Hi

It seems that the Register Definition of the EMIF in CCS are not only incomplete (PHY_STATUS_2-19 missing), but also wrong for the existing register definitions:




So in CCS it says 0x018C for STATUS_20 but the TRM specifies 0x0190

Are there newer Register definitions available for our device?
Do they ship with CCS or where could I get a update of these?
