I am using AWR1642BOOST+mmwave-devpack+TSW1400EVM, According to the default configuration of RadarStuidio, the measure distance is 25m.
and 256 samples are obtained for each chirp period, so the range resolution is 25/256=0.09765.
But according to the formula: range resolution = c/(2*B).
c->speed of light.
B->sweep bandwidth of FMCW chirp, that is (ADC sampling time * Frequency Slop)=25.6us * 29.982MHz/us.
So get the range resolution is 0.1953m.
This result contradicts the previous one.

I have question on polarity inversion mode: if I connect to TMDS181 (or DP159) as shown below, I believe that I do not use the chip in polarity inversion mode, correct? Actually, am I allowed to connect the inputs as shown? The input signal- and signal+ are referred to the HDMI connector connection.
and if I connect the chip as below then I use it in polarity inversion mode, and I am limited to retimer mode only, correct?

Hello everyone. I fill silly for asking this but I've read through forums about it and have seen it in both CCS V7 and V8.

Hi,
I am exploring/ learning the CC3220sf functions using the gpio interrupt with TI-RTOS example. I am trying to create another hwi for another pin (SW1) from the release.cfg file and want to post a swi from it (following TI-RTOS video series).
However when I make changes in release.cfg there are errors saying hwiInterrupt is already used.
My questions as below:
1. Is the approach valid? As I don't have proper understanding of the same.
2. How do I configure a HWI with a already existing TI example project, and link it with simplelink project

Hello,
I was trying the "radiotool" command (transceiver/raw mode) and "send/recv" commands for UDP transfer over Wi-Fi.
The aim was to detect packet losses in shielded environment, with unidirectional traffic only. That is one LAUNCHCC3220MODASF is sending and the other receiving.
The code was modified accordingly.
The brief outline of changes done is as follows.
In the code serving the command "radiotool":
In the code serving the commands "send/recv":
PER is calculated as follows:
PER = (packet num of last received packet - num of packets successfully received)/packet num of last received packet
In case of "radiotool" the PER (number of packets lost/total number of packets expected) was brought down from 0.01 to 0.00013 by changing the delay after every sl_Send from 0 us to 500 us. 500 us delay gave the best results, at 400 us, 300 us and 600 or 700 us, the number of packets lost was more than that observed at 500 us.
In case of "send/recv" (which was carried out using UDP over a WiFi connection between two LAUNCHCC3220MODASF boards, the PER was 0 for 100 packets, but if the number of packets transferred is made 1000, 10000, or 100000 the PER comes somewhere around 0.3 (30 %).
Now my question is that since the environment was a shielded one (shielded from outside RF radiation), and since the traffic is only in one direction (no change of modes between tx and rx), why are the packets getting dropped? I expected 0 packets drops.

Please let me know whether MSP430FR2633 have the calibration function for the metal touch solution.
If the metal surface is distorted by a strong power, in case of metal touch solution, the captivate may cause the failure detection.
So, I think the calibration is needed every detection or power-on reset.
Do you have these functions?
