I Have used tps22925 in datasheet page 18. CL=1uf, maximum acceptable inrush current =40mA.
Does tps22970 maximun inrush current the same meaning as tps22925. maximum acceptable inrush current.? thanks.

I have a issue about QPOSCNT register of F28377D. The issue was encountered when using TMS320F28377D for multi-motor control.
1. The same motor control algorithm runs on CPU 1 and CPU 2. When the QPOSCNT is read in CPU 2, QPOSCNT will as 0 or QPOSMAX sometimes. The result is that the overshoot of the algorithm causes the system over-current protection, and occasionally shake after several times in the adjustment process.
2. In addition, during the early stage of this project, when readiing eqep1regs.QFLG.Bit.IEL for 1, QPOSCNT can not be initialized to 0. The probability of occurrence of this phenomenon is very high.
The engineer of TI can help answer the questions about QPOSCNT?

Use of a power FET in the linear region places large, long term stresses on the distributed junction. FETs whose safe operating area (SOA) curves display multiple slopes on the same line (e.g. a line whose time parameter is a constant) in the region of high voltage and low current generally are susceptible to secondary breakdown and are not strong candidates for this application. An example of a good choice is found in the Typical Application Circuit where the line at 10 ms shows no breaks in slope. The best device for the application is not always the lowest RDSON device.
I thought RDS(ON) and thermal resistance are most important so less cooling measures are required for the MOSFET.
I don't really understand why SOA with multiple slopes are not strong candidates. Any advice?
Is secondary breakdown same as avalanche? I thought all power MOSFETs are subjected to avalanche, right?

Thank you YK Chen. I'm now able to properly implement the poll cluster ZCL in my application. Now I want to test the failure conditions in my application. For ex - from the specification, If the Poll Control Server receives a Check-In Response from a client for which there is a binding (bound) with an invalid fast poll interval it SHOULD respond with a Default Response with status INVALID_VALUE. How do I implement this? What function should I use to reply back to client?

Hi Sirs,
Customer got TLV320AIC3104 malfunction problem and could not be restarted by a soft reset, the only way is HW reboot (unplugged and plugged supply again).
We assume it is a power up sequence problem.
There is reset chart with the TLV320AIC3104 datasheet but 1.8V and 3.3V sequences were not included. We also confirmed that customer meets 10ns delay between power supply and reset signal.
Would you please review the enclosed power up sequence and advise 1.8V and 3.3V power up sequence specification of the TLV320AIC3104 device?

Due to do debugging the Digital Microphone, My customer would like to use PCM1865EVM. I understood that customer would be able to input audio data into PCM1865EVM because there is detail description in Datasheet “9.3.8.2 Digital PDM Microphones”. Regarding Audio-data-out, customer would like to verify/confirm this sound on PC.I tried to check PCM1865 datasheet/ PCM1865 EVM User Guide, I could not find the detail information about this.
Is it possible to confirm audio sound on PC via USB?

By viewing the F28335.cmd and DSP2833x_Headers_nonBIOS.cmd file, I have some questions about CSM_PWL:
CSM_PWL : origin = 0x33FFF8, length = 0x000008
Both page1 and page0 are allocated space, the address is the same, and the compiler will not complain. Which area will be allocated to it after compilation? Will this cause the chip to be locked?

We use these hall sensors already some time now without problems.
However we had trouble with moisture on the boards leading to all kind of erratic readings .
Now we are in the process of rugedising our software ,as to trigger alarm signals with readings that simply cannot be possible.
As such we implemented a check on the minimal/and maximal voltage that the Hall sensor can possibly deliver. If its outside this range ,something must be wrong with the board.
So we check on the Vout min and Vout max as specified in the datasheet in table 6.7 . The values being 0.2V and 1.8V respectively.
After implementing this check we get errors from perfectly good boards , we see Hall sensors giving output voltages up to 1.84V.
Are we doing something wrong here? did we make some wrong assumptions or is there something wrong with the spec in the datasheet?
