BQ27742-G1: How to write memory

$

Part Number:BQ27742-G1

Hi, I'm in trouble because I want to make a custom procedure to write the .srec file or the other generated by bqstudio into my device memory. I have a procedure to write the .dfi file for another device, the bq27410, it's the same? Bacause I've found that important data to use in .srec generated from bqstudio are from 0x4000 to 0x43ff, so I think to use this data and program it on my bq27742. Is this correct? Because there is no documentation on how to write on memory. If you have any hidden documentation could you share with me?

Thanks

Best regards

Enrico

FDC2214: liquid-level sensing

Part Number:FDC2214

Hi

Our customer are considering FDCxxxx device and refers the following application note which is SNOA935A.

http://www.tij.co.jp/jp/lit/an/snoa935a/snoa935a.pdf

In this case there are two sensors which is level sensor and reference sensor. Which does the configuration use at this case? (single-end? or differential?)

On the datasheet, there is mentioned an advantages of single and differential.

Which do you recommend, the single-end or differential at this application?

On the other hand, how should we shield the reference sensor at differential configuration if we use the refernce sensor?

(I think the common-mode noise might be ok but the different noise at the each sensor are affected.)

BQ25504: - Question about MPPT

$

Part Number:BQ25504

Hi,

I would like to ask few questions relating to BQ25504 MPPT.

Lets say I have V_in = 2 V.

Q1. In order to get my Current Voltage curve (IV curve) I need to keep changing my MPPT resistor ratio from 10% to 100% with some interval right?

Then need to record to current value of V_BAT?

So it will looks like below table? Then I use that information to plot my IV curve to determine my maximum power point?

P.S My harvesting source is dedicated signal generator and V_in as 2V is just for illustration purpose.

Thank you.

LB

Hi everyone,

I am designing a FMC Board based on the TI ADS42LB69 Dual Channel 16-Bit 250 MSPS.

In Time-Domain, Low-Frequency Pulse Application, Datasheet Recommended Application report SBAA220 to compensate for the analog buffer response. But, I do not know how to use the circuit in the ِDC-Couple channel.

Now, I need a Complete DC-Couple Circuits to the analog input ADC.

Is there it ?

Thanks for Attention.

TIDA-00777: clarification on the "Phase error observed"

Part Number:TIDA-00777

Team,

Regarding TIDA-00777 - "Active Integrator for Rogowski Coil Reference Design With Improved Accuracy for Relays and Breakers - TIDUBY4A":

-Referring to page 24, 26, 27 and 29:
What do you mean by “Phase error observed” and how do you calculate/measure it?
What are the signals you refer to and at what point of the TIDA-00777 are they measured?

-For example:
At page 24 you mention 90 uS
At page 29 you calculate 499.7uS
What does the 90uS refer to? Are you talking about the phase error introduced by the integrator (phase error would be equal to 90°-atan(2×pi×f×RC)) ?
Where do you take into account the tolerance of the electronic components?

Thanks in advance,

Anthony

I wanted to know what are the documents available for ADS1292 ECG-FE kit, apart from the user guide (www.ti.com/.../slau384.pdf)

Is their any other document having ADS1292 ECG FE kit Firmware Architecture , I wanted a detailed design document with Firmware Architecture.

Section 6 of slau384 Figure 35 (Firmware Architecture) shows the Architecture diagram but it is too high level , I want a detailed design document of Firmware for ADS1292 ECG FE kit.

Any help or links will be appreciated.

Profinet?

Hello,

I'm working on a drive control with a F28377.

Currently, our drive can be driven from CAN or EtherCAT bus with Cia402 profile.

The architecture is to have an external Chip (ET1100 for EtherCat) and with the SPI, get message and in the F28377  implement all communication stack and Cia402 profile.

We want implement the Profinet bus with its profil (Class1 to 6)

We found some external chip (Hms, Hilsher..) which is a real external µC with a basic soft integrated and other part (application part) in our F28377.

But like the F28377 Char work on 16bits, this is not easy to integrate an external stack designed for 8bits!...I did it for the EtherCat stack provided by Beckoff...

Is Texas has a solution to implement easily the Profinet Bus with its profile (Code exemple...)? The idea is to have an external chip ( abour $10) linked on SPI to communicate with the F28377.

Then the data exchanged on this SPI are not important, it can be low layer, or high layer application according the work done by external chip...

Thank for your help

Part Number:CC2640R2F-Q1

Hi Team,

now my customer has one issue on CC2640R2F's clocking setting, could you please help clarify it? thank you very much!

in the CC26xx d/s, two clocks are required: 32.768KHz and 24MHz. my question is that whether we can remove the 24MHz external clock input since it has internal high freq. oscillator? whether it has some impacts on the CC26xx module performance? thanks.

DRV120: DRV120

Part Number:DRV120

A customer I support is looking for a driver that can drive solenoids from 5 to 24V @ 100mA (200mA current limit).

Since the DRV120 is an open drain driver, is it OK to power the device itself from a voltage rail that is within the datasheet specs (6V-26V) and have the solenoid connected between a 5V - 24V supply and the open drain output?

If the customer does not want to use the hold current option, can he connect the KEEP pin to ground, thereby keeping the device operating on the peak current setting?  Is then the PWM dutycycle 100% (continuous ON)?

I assume that the PWM operation only kicks in when the HOLD mode is active , PWM dutycycle determined by the R-hold setting?  Pls. comment.
