cc1310: how to configure Ti 15.4 stack working in 433Mhz (FH MODE)

HI ALL:

I have run the TI 15.4 stack on the smartRF06 board working on 915MHZ (FH MODE)successful and now I want to test the 433M(china band), but it seems dosen't work. All I do is just change the CONFIG_PHY_ID in config.h from APIMAC_STD_US_915_PHY_1 to APIMAC_GENERIC_CHINA_433_PHY_128. Is there anything be ignored or what's wrong with it? 

I have test two version of TI 15.4 stack: simplelink_cc13x0_sdk_1_30_00_06 and the latest simplelink_cc13x0_sdk_1_40_00_10, but it still cannot work. 

Anyone can give me an advice?

However, CC2590 TX Cerrier power is less 12 dB on datasheet. And then,  RX is normal

We might operate TX amp funcion.

Can we get information and solution?

Hi, I have question regarding master and slave application. So I have 2 TM4C123GH6PM boards, I would like to use that as master and slave for my project.

So the question is, Do I need run 2 C++ scripts (1 for master and 1 for slave) together in the same time? If so, how to do that? 

If not, what should I do to be able run my 2 scripts in CCS and see my result in puTTy?

We can get the SPP server sample software from the following GitHub.

However, these projects are only for CC26xx.
I want to find the application on smartphone.

Hey,

I am interested in driving a 90 ohm differential impedance signal, possibly a 100 ohm too since I expect the reflections to be minimal at 1.25Gbps, over a USB Type-C Gen 3.1 cable and am wondering if the TUSB1002 will be able to drive this signal? The cable will be 1.8 meters max in length, 1 meter is the alternative. Where on the datasheet is the output current spec? What is the load capacitance of a USB cable?

TXS0206A: how to use TXS0206A

Hi,

My customer is considering to use TXS0206A device. But its use case is not level shifter.

 In my customer's system, the distance from the host processor(AM3354) to SD card is long. It exceeds the limitation of the wiring restriction of SD standard.

My questions are below.

1) So customer would like to extend the distance by inserting TXS0206A between the host processor and SD card. Regarding the power supply, customer use 3.3 V for both VCCA and VCCB. Maximum clock is 55MHz. So SD card bus speed is until high speed.  Is there any problem with this use case?

2) According to datasheet of TXS0206A,  it is written in the below.

    The SDIO lines comprise a semi-buffered auto-direction-sensing based translator architecture that does not require a direction-control signal to control the direction of data flow of the A to B ports (or from B to A ports).

 Is this mean that host processor does not need to control the signal direction?

Please advise me.

Hello,

I want use SN74LVC3G14 as a Level shifter. (Vcc=5V)

-          When I stet the Input to a 5V Level everything is Ok (Icc = 55uA)

-          But when I set the Inputs to 3,3V-Level the IC needs about 11mA per Channel, why?

Test:

(3-Ports = 0V, 0-Ports = 3,3V -> ~0,055mA)
(2-Ports = 0V, 1-Port = 3,3V -> ~11mA)
(1-Ports = 0V, 2-Ports = 3,3V -> ~22mA)
(0-Ports = 0V, 3-Ports = 3,3V -> ~33mA)

-         (extra) current flow into Vcc, not into the Inputs

-         there is no output resistor, current I(out)=0mA

-          The pinning on PCB is OK, because with 5V Inputs everything works correct!

-         I also tested it with 74HC3G14“ (Nexperia) on the same PCB this one works perfekt!

-          I also tested it with SN74LVC3G04 and it’s also the same problem as with SN74LVC3G14!

-          I testet it on different PCBs and it’s the same problem!

Other Test

-          Vcc = 3,3V = Input-Level=3,3V -> Icc = ~0,055mA undependet on any Input-Level, works perfekt

-          Vcc = 4,5V > Input-Level=3,3V -> Icc = ~1mA per Input_Channel High!

LM75 data sheet describes the following contents.



However, LM75C data sheet does not describe it.
Can I consider LM75C and LM75 the same spec?

My customer wants to know the conversion time for each Bit of LM75C.
Could you give me you advice?

I am using the regulator TPS53315RGFT in my design.

I want to know regarding the discrete selection, all the Inductor list are of high package size. 

Can I go with smaller package and similar specification. Will it effect the efficiency of the regulator circuitry?

What will the maximum change in efficiency expected?

Linux/TMS320DM8148: My Kernel Boot is Stucking at making a syslink notify driver.

I am using custom dm814x , with DDR3 512MB using only one DDR0 Controller . While booting , when booting it stucks before notify_init.

When i disabled the syslink config from my kernel , the boot get well without loading any firmware.

So what should be changed in order to get syslink enabled ?

Linux/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM437X: CAN support in Starter Kit

I know there's no support for DCAN drivers in AM437x starter kit by default, but I want to add this support just for SOFTWARE purpose.

I reconfigured the Linux kernel and recreated zImage, modified the device tree file am437x-sk-evm.dts by copying related code (dcan0 and dcan1) from am437x-gp-evm.dts and copied the compiled dtb file into the boot directory on the target system.

However, I failed to add can0 and can1 in /dev through the above steps. So I couldn't do any software testing on my am437x starter kit eval board.

What else should I do to achieve my goal?

Hello,

I'd like to use a microcontroller which has minimum 3 SPI + 1 SD card interface and an ADC which has 16-24 bit precision, high sampling and 4-channel bipolar input of +-2.5V . ADS8568 seems interesting to me however it has 8 channels. Do you have 4-channel version which has a similar (and simple) architecture like ADS8568?

Can you recommend a microcontroller  which is suitable with DAC8563 and ADS8568 together in order to use in a battery powered, precise and fast, portable biomedical device?

Any help would be appreciated.
