In the datasheet CSI two lane are connected DA1(N/P) & DA2(N/P),
but we only use one lane, so I’d like to ask if you have the recommended connection method?
Thanks!

Hi there,
I want to base a BLDC generator design on the BOOSTXL-DRV8301 and F28069M launchpad combo. A lot of the TI information talks about motor mode. I am assuming that Generator mode is possible with motorware and there are not any hardware limitions on using the above for power generation?
Are there any changes or recommended changes to these reference designs when power generation is the target?
Thanks in advance for your support,

Hi,
my customer would like to know the mipi single quality with long cable?
the current application it might need a mipi re-timer IC. But I am not familiar with this kind chipset. How and when to use this mipi re-timer IC?
Example, if the overall trace length is as the following
Option 1: 198mm in total with 2 extra connectors.
Option 2: 148mm FPC calbe without extra connectors.
or timing can’t meet? how to know if we need use this to regenerate mipi signal or not?
I have checked section 8 of datasheet, but i still not very clear if we need this kind re-timer IC.
about the data rate, please base on Data Rate (200 Mbps to 1.5 Gbps) to provide the simulation or something. we can judge this easily.
thanks.

Hello,
I have a problem with the ADC. I simply can't get it to send me DRDY pulses. When I read from registers I also get the same results (usually 255 or 0 from all registers)
This is my wiring:
I think that the wiring is correct and I am not missing anything. Maybe only a decoupling capacitor at VDD.
This is the part of the board with crystal:
When I turn on the board the DRDY is high and it gets low after a few seconds and it won't get high anymore or give a pulse.
The supply voltage is 3.3V as you see. I use a LDO regulator from 3.5V to 3.3V.
The control board is NUCLEO-L432KC and the function to read registers is:
CS1 = 0; char pp[2] = {0x10,0x0F}; char rd[16]; mspi.write(pp, 2, 0, 0); wait_us(500); mspi.write(0, 0, rd, 16); CS1 = 1;
The rd[0] to rd[15] is then Feedback: 255, 255, 255, 255, 255, 255, 255, 255, 255, 255, 255, 255, 255, 255, 255, 255

Hello, everybody,
i want to make the termination resistor selectable for a can transceiver. I have seen the referencedesing for an isolated input.
There, a photo transistor from Toshiba is used to select the terminating resistor.
Can't I replace it with 2 of your FETs if I don't need an isolated Can?

Part Number: TMS320F28069M
I am planning close loop control of smps having switching frequency of 25 kHz using TMS320F28069M. To avoid delays in the feedback loop, I need to implement multi-sampled PWM with sampling frequency of 250kHz. This will require updating ePWM compare register with immediate load and will result in updation at 250kHz. My question is, is it safe to use immediate load mode ? It is mentioned in the manual that for glitch free operation, one should use shadow mode. But in shadow mode , I will not be able to achieve multi sampled PWM as PWM compare will be update only once or at least twice for 25kHZ operation. Is there any other (better) way to implement multi-sampled PWM without using immediate load mode.
Thank you in advance !

Hello, we have 2 questions about the layout guidelines of TUSB542 datasheet.
1. Intra-pair routing should be kept to within 2 mils;
2. Route all differential pairs on the same layer.
As for question 1.
we found Intra-Pair skew requirement in "High speed layout guide.pdf" to be 5mils. So which one is true?is it actually so strict for 5Gbps?
And is the Max Intra-Pair skew requirement applied to all 6 differential pairs?
As for question 2 :
Should all 6 differential pairs be routed on the same layer?(RX_AP+/-, TX_AP+/-, Rx_Con_1+/-, Tx_Con_1+/-. Rx_Con_2+/-, Tx_Con_2+/-)
It is hard to realize.

Hello,
may I ask you please what the current Rating of L4 is? It is intended to use only smd devices. So I will Change it to another part number which is 744373770033 Checked FIXED IND 330NH 24A 1.05 MOHM Fixed Inductors. May I ask you if you find this part suitable as a replacement for the Purpose of L4?
I have also changed the capacitors c817 and c818 to an smd equivalent which is ECW-UC2J223JV which is also a film capacitor but smd. The smd has the same capacitance, voltage but I'm not sure if there are more Parameters that should be checked. It would be nice if you have any comments about it please.
Thank you very much.

Amr

I'm using MSP430F5529 mcu. there is spi communication for collecting data from sensor. also there is another mcu which is c2000 and it requests data from MSP430 through uart. uart data collect using receiver interrupt. some times uart interrupt the spi data reading. then it records error data. is there any suggestion to make it error free?

Part Number: CC2541
Hi.
I'm making a customized BLE module using CC2541 that is compatible with Arduino.
I organized the circuit except for the antenna part(pin26, 26) with the newly purchased CC2541 (XTAL1 - 32M; XTAL2 - 32.768K; C221, C232 - 12pF; C331, C321 -15pF; C401 - 1uF; R301 - 56K;)
And then, I updated the firmware for the HM10 by following the link at https://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=393655.0
I succeeded in updating the firmware but received no response when I sent AT command.
I think the response to the AT should come even without the antenna part, but I wonder if it's wrong.
If it's wrong, I wonder what is the problem.
I also have a CC debugger and I want to know how to use it. I have already checked and followed the User Guide but can not get the results I wanted.
The content is difficult, so I need advice from someone with similar experience.
Thank you
