Hi,
Just wondering if SN74LVC07ARGY (QFN) thermal pad is internally connected to GND and can increase max total GND current?
Thanks.

Hello,
I have some confusion regarding the Channel Masking mechanism in 15.4 Sensor and Collector.
I have two setups consisting of one 15.4 Collector and one Sensor_Oad each. I am using the Frequency Hopping mode (CONFIG_FH_ENABLE - true) and hence used the CONFIG_FH_CHANNEL_MASK to form two different networks. I will be calling the Sensor_oad and Collector in 1st n/w as S1 and C1, similarly S2 and C2 for n/w 2.
I changed Config_Fh_Channel_Mask in S1 and C1 such that it should use only Channel 10. While for S2 and C2 I changed the Channel Mask to use Channel 12. But I noticed that if I start N/w 1(one using Channel 10) and then start just S2 (one using channel 12). S2 still joins the C1 which is using Channel 10. I tried various channel combinations but irrespective of the channel, the Sensor joins the Collector.
I know it is possible to bound two networks based on PAN-ID and CONFIG_COORD_SHORT_ADDR but is it possible to restrict or bound those two networks only on the basis of their Channels, so that they don’t interfere with each other?
Is this an expected behavior? I guess that the Collector is somehow sharing the information of its own Channel (just like Reporting and Polling Interval) and the sensor is using that information to update its channel of operation. Is this assumption correct?
Or, are there any extra changes required to restrict the Sensor on its own Channel, so that it will only join the Collector which has the same Channel?
Thanks and Regards,
Yash.

Hi,
I'm trying to program some boards with CC3120MOD devices on them.
If I use UniFLASH GUI, I can connect to the device, however when I program I get a timeout.
If I use UniFLASH CLI, I get the same problem.
Here is the command:
D:\TI\uniflash_5.1.0\simplelink\imagecreator\bin\SLImageCreator.exe project program --name spro --dev
Here is the start log (You can see it gets the storage list just fine):
INFO:root:FTDI not detected, trying XDS INFO:slbootloader.slbootloader:Connecting to device INFO:slbootloader.slbootloader:Power off INFO:slbootloader.slbootloader:Set break signal INFO:slbootloader.slbootloader:Power on INFO:slbootloader.slbootloader:Clear break signal INFO:slbootloader.slbootloader:Connection succeeded INFO:slbootloader.slbootloader:Received storage list
Some info about building the image:

Finished successfully !!!! The products are available in : [d:\ti\uniflash_5.1.0\simplelink\imagecreator\bin\C:\Users\SNIP\.SLImageCreator\projects\spro\sl_image\Output ]
And finally everything pauses for a few seconds (I think its building the image) and then I get this:
Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 4586, in <module> File "<string>", line 4582, in main File "<string>", line 4554, in cmdline File "<string>", line 3695, in command_project_program File "<string>", line 2353, in program_image_from_project File "<string>", line 3298, in validate_project_device_type File "W:\slbootloader\slbootloader.py", line 854, in get_chip_version File "W:\slbootloader\slbootloader.py", line 456, in get_version File "W:\slbootloader\slbootloader.py", line 285, in _expect_ack slbootloader.slbootloader.BootLoaderError: Timed out waiting for ack SLImageCreator returned -1
Can someone please advise why I am getting the timeout?
THanks.

as given in the datasheet to configure the L3GD20H sensor as SPI interface CS must be low (1: I2C mode; 0: SPI enabled)
i connected CS of L3GD20H to pin J9.3 (MIBSPI1NCS[0]) is it right to configure CS to be low (from SPI1 select SPI1 port enable DIR of SCS[0] and DOUT =0)
or their is another way to do that

Hi,
. It is set to 100BASE-FX, but the link is established 201.5ms after reset release.
In this case, the measured link up time is 201.5ms, so can you say that the link up time does not exceed MAX300ms by looking at the margin from PHY's logic of several internal processes?
If MAX300ms is not enough, can you say that the link up time will not exceed MAX400ms?

Hi i am using the mmwave industrial toolkit and i am facing an issue to run the area scaner lab.
after running the mmw_arae_scanner i got this :
Sending configuration from C:\ti\mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_0_1\labs\area_scanner\68xx_area_scanner_v1\chirp_configs\mmw_area_scanner_68xxAOP.cfg file to IWR16xx ...

Waiting long time i got several waring then command line and i am block to initialize log: C:\ti\mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_0_1\labs\area_scanner\68xx_area_scanner_v1\gui\log_data.csv
the flashing seems to be correst the port com are good one since the communication is started but unfortunatly no plot on the 3D display
Do you have any idea about my misstake?
thanks a lot

Hi support team.
Is the following idea correct?
"Voltage dropout from IN to OUT" = "Voltage dropout from SUPPLY to OUT" - V(CS_REG)
Are Figure-4 and Figure-5 of datasheet "Voltage dropout from SUPPLY to OUT"?

Part Number: ADS8866
Hi team
Does ADS8866 malfunction in the following sequence?
Power-Up : 30 msec after AVDD(3.3V) and DVDD(3.3V) rises, REF (5V) start rising.
Power-Down : After AVDD(3.3V) and DVDD(3.3V) decreases, REF(5V) gradually decreases over about 500 msec.
Do we need to control the REF sequence? Is it possible to keep the reference voltage power on regardless of the VDD status?
best regards
Kota

Hi Sir,
If SN65DSI86 clock source from DACP/N, then we need REFCLK pin mustbe tied pull-down to GND and 0x0A Bit0=1.
Do we still need to make other settings?

Hi all,
I'm looking for a current monitor ic to enable/disable buck converter.
But I couldn't find the suitable ic from ti.com.
Spec: current sensing : 100mA~500mA (adjustable)
if current over 100mA~500mA, then output logic "low", if current lower than 100mA~500mA, then output logic "high"
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Roy
