TPS563201: Regarding the minimum voltage range

$

Part Number:TPS563201

hi ,

One of my customer is considering TPS563201 for the spects :

I/p - 4.8 V to 12V

o/p - 3.3 V @ 3A.

The webench design is not allowing the design for reason of duty cycle violation .

According to the datasheet . :

The maximum recommended operating duty cycle is 75%. Using that criteria, the minimum recommended input voltage is VO / 0.75.

which says the required input range is permissible.

can anyone help to clarify this issue .

Thanks

PGA460: Noise & Low logic level on RX

Part Number:PGA460

Hi -

I have two questions. My device is operating at 115,200 bps (1start, 8data, 2stop, no parity) over two-wire UART (Asynchronous). Both on the Evaluation card with the MSP430 and with my in house microcontroller I am seeing that the logic line of the RX line starts low. Then on a response back to the microcontroller there is a quick spike to bring it high before sending the diagnostic and additional fields back. The data I am seeing is good for the most part but sometimes there is a frame that does not make sense in terms of the diagnostic field. Is there a reason that the logic line of the RX is pulled low? And if so how do I make it high?

Secondly I am experiencing some noise/ghosting between the RX and TX lines - is there some things that may be causing this or to avoid it?

Thank you for your time.

TMP275: there is any time delay requirement for TMP275 from power down to power up?

Part Number:TMP275

Hi team,

we are using the TMP275 now.

Step1: Power up the cpu unit(include I2C 3V3),

Step2: power down I2C 3V3 part power,

Step3: Power up I2C 3v3 part power,

Step3: Read the TMP275 register by I2C bus.

The power down time is about 5ms, my question is if there is any time delay requirement for TMP275 from power down to power up?

thanks.

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to use Alg_VpeSwMs in my usecase to generate split view. I would like to know whether Alg_VpeSwMs support composite buffer as input. If not what changes I will need to do, so Alg_VpeSwMs supports composite buffer as input?

Thanks,

Customer can use the DP83822 for the communication between master and slave on customer board. However, they found there is no signal when eye diagram is tested.

Could you help to guide how to set the register or which setting need to be set when eye diagram is tested? Very thanks

TLV320AIC3109-Q1: LEFT_LOP/M Power status

Part Number:TLV320AIC3109-Q1

Hello

I have a board set up with a host processor (STM32F413) and the TLV320AIC3109-Q1 codec. Communication between those deviecs over I2C works fine. I can read and write the registers.

I have trouble understanding how to power up the LEFT_LOP/M. I've looked through all the registers and i haven't seen a specific bit to power it up. Whenever I read LEFT_LOP/M power status (from register 86 or register 94) it always returns 0 - it is not powered up.

Powering up the ADC and DAC works, because reading back their respective statuses returns 1.

Is there any specific way i should go about to power up the LEFT_LOP/M?

Thanks

Part Number:DRV8432

Can you post diagram, or pin  DRV8432  combo (external gate inverter added to complementary halbridge input perhaps ?) for the good old fashion single PWM input line per full H bridge ?

Is the full H bridge  completely Cycle by Cycle protected in that wiring, even when nearing 150 kHz switching frequency ( to avoid output inductors on smallish DC motors )?

Thanks,

TDA3XEVM: What is data type of video input to Image Signal Processor(ISP) ?

Part Number:TDA3XEVM

For our  application, we'll select ISSM2MISP_LINK_OPMODE_1PASS_WDR mode in ISP.

Our Vanadium Oxide(VOx) Resistive Microbolometers Infrared uncooled thermal detector Focal Plane Array(FPA) will output 14-bit monochrome, Wide Dynamic Range(WDR), raw, 640 x 480 video.  TI experts suggested to global tone map 14 bit data to 12 bit because ISP cannot process 14-bit data.

Will ISP use 12-bit binary data as non-negative integers?

BLE 5.0 module for distance up to 240m in free air

Hello All,

My customer is evaluating BLE 5.0 technology for automated door gates.

It seems that Bluetooth 5.0 can communicate over distances of up to 240 meters, i.e. four times larger than the 60 meters allowed by Bluetooth 4.2. Customer would like to verify that these performances in free air medium are real and not theoretical.

For this reason customer would be interested in evaluating a module that respects these characteristics.

I am therefore ask you to please direct me towards the right technical documentations and any Demo Board for a field test.

Low cost is a key parameter to use it on large volume applications higher than 250ku/yr.

Any recommendations? CC2640R2F? CC2642R? Or any other module may be developed by TP?

Many Thanks,

Antonio

Hello,

Could you please verify the design in the attachments:

Design1:

It is supposed to convert 24VDC to 5VDC @max2Amp
This design has already been produced and it does not provide sufficient power.,
Please advise if it is possible to patch this circuit somehow to make it work.

Design2:

It is supposed to convert 24VDC to 3.3VDC @max1Amp
This design has not been produced yet, but it is in production.
Please provide your feedback if this solution will also fail or will it be able to operate and provide 3.3VDC @ 1Amp?

Thank you in advance for help and reviewing.(Please visit the site to view this file)

TIDA-00287: Layout Dimensions

Part Number:TIDA-00287

Hello everybody

For a school project I have to integrate the TIDA-00287 2-Port USB 3.0 Hub into another circuit. I was able to convert the schematics into Altium and wanted to start to create the layout of my new circuit. But I wasn't able to find any details about the mechanical dimensions of the circuitboard nor its traces in the reference Design. Is there another document with these information? Or is there even an Altium Layout File that I could use?

Thanks in advance

Dear Team,

1. What is the concern here the back to back MOS use different MOS?

In my idea, it should be ok to use the same one.

2.My customer will use 2+2 back to back, for the thermal issue. Is there any concern here?

The driving ability is ok?

How to calculate the total 4 MOS still have enough driving ability? Related to total Qg of 4 MOS?
