Selecting a OpAmp

Hi,

I find I hard to choose a OpAmp for my project. What I need is a bipolar to unipolar OpAmp that reads ±0.1V on the input and puts out a voltage between 0 - 3.3V

Can someone help me guide me trough the datasheets of give an example OpAmp that would suite these requirements.
