CC3120: CC3120 Wakeup From HIBERNATE Mode is too long

Hello,

I use CC3120 chip. I have some issue with startup.

Datasheet said that start up time is maximum 1.35 s after reset, and 50 - 200 ms from HIBERNATE mode.

But on my board after HIB goes high, first IRQ rises after 5 seconds.I compared startup time with CC3120BOOST board, and CC3120BOOST startup time is 200 ms.

My board has the same schematic as CC3120BOOST, only SPI flash is different, I have IS25LQ016B-JKLE instead of MX25R1635FM1IL0.

Can it be problem with SPI flash memory?

Is CC3120 support only specific SPI flash memory?
