CC2540: Peripheral not working

We have been using a CC2540 development kit with 2 SmartRF05EBs connected to 2 CC2540DK_EM.

However, the Peripheral CC2540 evaluation module is no longer working as it used to, here are two pictures, the first one shows the screen when it worked correctly and the second one as it is now.
