TMS320F28377D: Sigma Delta Filter Module (SDFM) Peak Data with any OSR

Hi,

I am using the SDFM for the current feedback, and synchronizing the SD module with the PWM module (OSR=200 for SINC3 filter). Base on SPRUHM8f table13-5, shift control bit setting should be 8. Would someone  kindly provide the equation for calculating the max SD-data with any OSR settings for SINC3?
