WEBENCH® Tools/BQ34Z100EVM: I connected BQ34Z100EVM through evm2400 , but only evm2400 is detected in battery management studio. but no response in register values and no responses in I2c Communication .

I connected BQ34Z100EVM through evm2400  , but only evm2400 is detected in battery management studio.  but no response in register values and no responses in I2c Communication  .

Note:i supplied  only 3.6v battery to the BQ34Z100EVM  not connected any load .
